Inaugurated in 1993, Tom Fitzsimmons Chartered Architects has wide experience in work on new and existing residential and small leisure developments.  We believe in working closely with our clients, using this experience to enhance and further their aspirations.

The practice has an excellent record in successfully obtaining planning permissions, conservation area consents and listed building consents in some of the most sensitive circumstances.  On the rare occasions when appeal has been sought, it has always been granted.

Our service includes outline design and feasibility studies, planning applications, detailed design, working drawings and specification writing, obtaining competitive tenders, building regulations applications, inspecting work on site and project managing the running and financing of building contracts.

Our experience is such that we can turn our hand to the design of anything from dolls houses to company headquarters, including conservatories, houses, parts of houses and barn conversions, village halls, community centres and pre-schools, new housing and flat conversions, as well as hotels and visitor centres.
